洆果設計總監 劉笛榛 LIU TI CHEN 憑藉佳作《Warmth│有度之暖》於眾多競爭者中脫穎而出。本案起點源自一個涵蓋雙世代、作息節奏迥異的家庭課題──如何在維繫各自獨立空間的同時，融合整體的和諧氛圍。為此，設計團隊擘劃出「層次心法」：底層結構嚴選環保且經久耐用的建材；機能配置精準契合居者的日常動線；視覺表象更巧妙揉合石紋、原木及金屬，令冷冽與溫潤的調性在日光下流轉共生。客餐廳則定調中性色系，各自的寢室則依個人偏好揉入繽紛基調，彼此邊界清晰卻不顯突兀。

Design Director Liu Ti Chen of CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN stood out from numerous competitors with his masterpiece, "Warmth." The project originated from a family spanning two generations with vastly different lifestyles—how to maintain individual personal spaces while seamlessly integrating a harmonious overall atmosphere. To address this, the design team devised a "layered approach": the ground floor structure utilizes environmentally friendly and durable building materials; functional configurations precisely match the residents' daily flow; and the visual presentation cleverly blends stone textures, natural wood, and metal, allowing cool and warm tones to coexist and flow under sunlight. The living and dining areas are set in a neutral color scheme, while each bedroom incorporates a vibrant palette based on individual preferences, creating clear boundaries without appearing jarring.

洆果設計總監 劉笛榛 LIU TI CHEN 精心挑選家宅《Warmth│有度之暖》競逐獎次。在本案裡，設計師分別考量業主夫妻和兩名兒子、兩個世代不同的需求，在共享的公共區域中匯入中性調基底，私領域則依循個人喜好採用迥異色彩，滿足居者們各自對風格的講究；其中，餐廳於木質及格柵的一片溫潤內，選配跳脫暖色的黑灰馬賽克藝術磚，經過天然光影、屋內燈具的烘托照映，形塑遠觀近賞各具雅趣、豐富多變的精緻層次端景，讓公領域整體增添一抹藝文氣息。

Design Director Liu Ti Chen of CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN has carefully selected the home "Warmth" to compete for the award. In this project, the designer considered the different needs of the owners, a married couple and their two sons, representing two generations. The shared public areas are based on a neutral color scheme, while the private areas adopt different colors according to individual preferences, satisfying the residents' individual style preferences. In particular, the dining room, within a warm atmosphere of wood and grilles, features black and gray mosaic art tiles that contrast with the warm colors. With the help of natural light and shadow and the lighting fixtures, it creates a refined and varied landscape that is elegant from afar and up close, adding an artistic touch to the overall public areas.

On December 12, 2025, the 19th Golden Torch Award ceremony was held at Guoguang Hall, CPC Building. At this year’s awards, CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN stood out among more than 400 participating companies, earning the Top Ten Outstanding Enterprises of the Year honor for its strong business performance and innovative design expertise. Meanwhile, Design Director Jen Liu was also recognized with the Top Ten Managers of the Year award for her exceptional leadership and industry insight, securing a double distinction for the studio.

Through a meticulous manipulation of materials, light and shadow, and spatial proportions, we create tranquil yet richly layered living spaces. In our signature work, "Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow" white-gray large tiles and stucco paint establish a simple foundation, complemented by orange-brown soft furnishings to create a soft and relaxing living atmosphere. Another work, "Scintillating élan," emphasizes linear beauty and the rhythm of the space, using magnetic lighting extending to the ceiling to connect movement and visuals, creating a poetic landscape. Cleverly utilizing the prime geographical conditions of the project site, Jen, Design Director of CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN, installed large glass doors and windows and clear glass partition walls, which, combined with the open design of the public areas, allow the outdoor riverside landscape to flow freely into every corner of the house, creating a spacious and comfortable home that embraces the world as a beautiful living experience. The work "Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow" amazed the judges with its surging artistic conception and was awarded the outstanding "Bronze" award in this competition, making the exquisite and unique brand aesthetics shine again internationally!
