LIU TI CHEN, Design Director of CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN, draws inspiration from the authentic rhythms of everyday life. With a clean and minimalist contemporary design language, she brings clarity and order to each space, while the fluid interplay of light and shadow and the thoughtful coordination of materials infuse composed settings with warmth and a genuine sense of living. Over the past year, the team has garnered a succession of accolades from international design competitions and industry awards, further enhancing the brand’s presence in both the global design arena and Taiwan’s domestic market. 自2010年創辦至今，連年為上百種設計領域菁英舉辦的義大利A' Design Award，每年都吸引許多優秀設計師一同角逐賽事，更被譽為「歐洲設計界奧斯卡」。總監劉笛榛LIU TI CHEN以簡約現代美學鋪陳《潤墨輕光》，藉通透玻璃窗納入自然採光，並選用高效節能LED燈具與綠建材，兼顧健康宜居及永續理念，最終摘下2024-2025年度賽事銅牌，為品牌再添亮眼佳績！
Since its establishment in 2010, Italy’s A’ Design Award has brought together outstanding talent from hundreds of design disciplines each year and is widely regarded as the “Oscars of the European design world.” In 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, Design Director LIU TI CHEN embraced a minimalist modern aesthetic, introducing natural daylight through expansive glass windows while incorporating energy-efficient LED lighting and green building materials to promote healthy living and environmental sustainability. The project ultimately received the Bronze Award in the 2024–2025 competition, marking yet another remarkable achievement for CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN.

The Word Design Awards (WDA), an international architectural design platform, is recognized as one of the world’s most influential residential architecture awards. Its distinctive judging criteria, emphasizing innovation, originality, and sustainability, have long earned widespread acclaim from designers around the globe. Beginning with a composed, dark-toned palette, Design Director LIU TI CHEN introduced light, transparent glass and warm, richly textured wood to achieve a refined balance between sleek modernity and natural warmth. The result is a stylish yet inviting riverside residence, poetically embodied in 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, which was named a “Winner” at the WDA.
LONDON Design Awards以富含理念的小丑LITO作為獎項形象代表，藉此鼓勵設計師們擺脫束縛、勇敢創作自己想要的作品。劉總監藉佳作《Warmth│有度之暖》提出獨到的「層次心法」，從底層結構採納環保、耐久的材料，機能安排貼合居者日常行走習慣，再於外觀語彙中交織石紋、原木和金屬，促成冷暖質感隨日光相映共存，最終摘下賽事「金獎」榮耀！
The LONDON Design Awards feature LITO, a conceptually symbolic clown, as the representative figure of the awards, encouraging designers to break free from convention and boldly create the works they truly envision. Through the acclaimed project 《Warmth》, Design Director LIU TI CHEN introduced a distinctive philosophy of layering. Environmentally responsible and durable materials were selected for the underlying structure, while the functional layout was thoughtfully planned around the residents’ daily movement and routines. Stone textures, natural wood, and metal were then interwoven throughout the visual language, allowing cool and warm materials to coexist harmoniously as they respond to the changing daylight. With this thoughtful approach, the project was ultimately honored as a “Gold Winner” at the LONDON Design Awards.
Rome Design Awards鼓勵各領域設計師盡力創造富有遠見的精美創作，進而持續對未來設計業界產生深厚長久的優良影響力。劉總監在《Warmth│有度之暖》裡，特別選用跳脫暖色框架的黑灰馬賽克藝術磚，透過日照變化與室內光源交互映照，呈現遠眺、近看皆有不同趣味的精緻端景，成功抱回本屆比賽的「Gold」殊榮！
The Rome Design Awards encourage designers across all disciplines to create exquisite, forward-looking works that will leave a meaningful and lasting impact on the future of the design industry. In 《Warmth》, Design Director LIU TI CHEN ventured beyond the conventional warm-toned palette by selecting black and gray mosaic art tiles. Illuminated by the interplay between changing daylight and interior lighting, the tiles create a refined visual focal point that reveals different details and captivating effects when viewed from afar or up close. This distinctive design ultimately earned the project the prestigious “Gold” honor at this year’s Rome Design Awards.
MUSE Design Awards以發掘全球設計繆思為宗旨，為建築、室內、時尚等領域提供全面的發光舞臺。在作品《潤墨輕光》中，大幅落地窗將戶外天光延攬入室，光影隨時間映照木材細緻肌理，為洗練明快的當代語彙注入自然溫度，洆果團隊使居所在沉著率性的視覺之中，流露親切宜居的生活氣息，深得評審青睞，榮獲「金獎」殊榮！
MUSE Design Awards aims to discover inspiring design talents from around the world, providing a prominent platform for outstanding work across architecture, interior design, fashion, and other creative disciplines. In 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows invite abundant natural daylight into the interior. As the light and shadows shift throughout the day, they accentuate the delicate textures of the wood, infusing the clean and vibrant contemporary design language with natural warmth. Through this thoughtful approach, CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN created a residence that balances a composed, confident visual character with an inviting and comfortable living atmosphere. The project received high praise from the judging panel and was honored as a “Gold Winner” at MUSE Design Awards.
美國IDA國際設計大獎，旨在表彰「設立新標準」與「突破室內設計界限」、「改變人們生活和工作空間」的優秀設計師及團隊。巧妙運用案場的優質地理條件，設計總監劉笛榛LIU TI CHEN透過大尺度玻璃門窗、清玻隔間及敞開的公共區域配置，將戶外河岸景致一路延伸至室內各處，勾勒天地風光融入日常的開闊舒適家宅《潤墨輕光》，獲頒賽事「Bronze」出色佳績！
The International Design Awards in the United States aim to recognize outstanding designers and teams that “set new standards,” “push the boundaries of interior design,” and “transform the spaces in which people live and work.” Taking full advantage of the site’s exceptional location, Design Director LIU TI CHEN incorporated expansive glass doors and windows, transparent glass partitions, and an open-plan communal area to extend the riverside scenery throughout the interior. The result is 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, a spacious and comfortable residence where the beauty of the surrounding landscape becomes an integral part of everyday life. The project was ultimately honored with “Bronze” at the International Design Awards.
LICC英國倫敦國際創意大賽，於2006年開展至今，每年皆引領建築、繪畫、影像等11大創作領域齊步向前！劉總監於家宅《潤墨輕光》中，從設備、材料及格局多面向落實永續思維，導入節能電器、再生綠建材，降低資源耗用；同時細緻安排開放式通道和窗戶位置，提升室內明亮度及通風效能，維持良好空氣品質和舒適居住環境，獲得本屆賽事「Official Selection」肯定！
The London International Creative Competition, launched in 2006, has continued to advance creativity across 11 major disciplines, including architecture, painting, and visual media. In the residence 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, Design Director LIU TI CHEN incorporated sustainable principles into multiple aspects of the design, from equipment and materials to the spatial layout. Energy-efficient appliances and recycled green building materials were introduced to reduce resource consumption, while open circulation paths and carefully positioned windows enhance natural light and ventilation throughout the interior. These thoughtful measures help maintain excellent air quality and create a comfortable living environment. The project was recognized by the jury and included in this year’s “Official Selection.”

The 19th Golden Torch Awards ceremony, themed “Golden Brilliance Leads the Way, Igniting Prosperity Across Industries,” recognized the outstanding achievements of leading domestic enterprises and professional managers while celebrating a momentous occasion in industrial innovation and development. Competing against more than 400 participating companies, CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN distinguished itself through its remarkable business performance and innovative design capabilities and was selected as one of the “Top Ten Enterprises of the Year.” Design Director LIU TI CHEN was also named one of the “Top Ten Managers of the Year” in recognition of her exceptional management skills and keen industry insight, securing two prestigious honors in a single achievement.
HCA高定家居設計獎遴選符合當代華人菁英生活需求的室內設計及卓越產品，立志打造華語圈生活的新典範。劉總監在代表作《潤墨輕光》中運用灰泥塗料建立簡潔底蘊，再以橘褐色軟裝增添柔和放鬆氣息；《淡墨流彩》則藉由動線和視線的串接，描繪山水詩境般的畫面。兩件作品共同展現品牌細膩溫潤的設計哲學，也助其獲頒「年度城市十大高定家居空間設計師」。
The High-End Customized Award recognizes outstanding interior designs and exceptional products that meet the lifestyle needs of contemporary Chinese elites, with the vision of establishing a new standard of living across the Chinese-speaking world. In the signature project 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, Design Director LIU TI CHEN used mineral plaster to create a clean and understated foundation, complemented by orange-brown furnishings that introduce a soft and relaxing atmosphere. In 《Scintillating élan》, interconnected circulation paths and sightlines compose a poetic scene reminiscent of a traditional landscape painting. Together, the two projects embody the refined and warm design philosophy of CHENG﹣GUO DESIGN, earning LIU TI CHEN recognition as one of the “Top Ten Urban High-End Customized Space Designers of the Year.”
MFID作為馬來西亞首個且唯一的國際設計獎項，在「創新、永續發展與文化交融」的指引下，開啟設計產業的無限可能。設計總監劉笛榛LIU TI CHEN以精湛的空間整合技巧，於家宅《潤墨輕光》中拆除既有隔牆，重新整合為開放餐廚空間，另將多功能室納入核心生活區；充足儲納回應實際需求之餘，也增加家人互動機會，注入溫馨活力，並成功入圍賽事住宅空間類獎項！
As Malaysia’s first and only international design award, MFID opens up boundless possibilities for the design industry under the guiding principles of “innovation, sustainability, and cultural integration.” Demonstrating exceptional spatial integration skills in the residence 《Subtle Interplay of Ink and Glow》, Design Director LIU TI CHEN removed the existing partition walls and reconfigured the layout into an open-plan kitchen and dining area, while incorporating a multifunctional room into the home’s central living zone. Ample storage addresses practical needs while increasing opportunities for family interaction, injecting warmth and vitality. The project was successfully named a finalist in the residential space category of the competition!
